Jeff, who was featured as the CEO of the Week in the Philadelphia Business Journal, has over 25 years experience in various senior finance executive positions. Prior to launching GFO, Jeff was Vice President of Finance for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (2000-2002, Princeton, NJ) and Director of Financial Systems for HR Logic (1996-2000, Norristown, PA). He has extensive entrepreneurial experience having founded Payroll Express Inc., a highly successful startup payroll service bureau which he sold in 1995. From 1983-1992 he held the positions of Controller and later CFO for Robert D. Gilmore and Associates (New Britain, PA)...

Business and Community Involvement
Jeff is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia. He is on the board of directors of the Boy Scouts of America Cradle of Liberty Counsel and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia. He serves on the counsel for St. Jude Parish in Chalfont, PA. Mr. Gilmore is the co-Founder and former co-Chairman of the Montgomery/Bucks Chapter of the Finance Executive Network Group. He also supports his community by serving on the New Britain Borough Zoning Hearing Board.
Education
Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from Albright College in Reading, PA and earned a Masters degree in information systems from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
