Biography: Jim holds extensive expertise in accounting and finance for both public and private companies including start up organizations with a concentration in the professional and business services sectors.
Jim has held Controller and Senior Financial Officer positions for various companies throughout the New York and New Jersey Metro region, including Cerami & Associates, Crossborder Exchange Corporation, and Vestcom International. He also guided Vestcom International through their IPO, which raised $55 million.
Jim is a CPA in the State of New Jersey, and earned certification as a Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association of Financial Professionals. He also is a Certified Management Accountant.

Jim is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he received both B.S. and M.B.A. degrees.
